Matthew D. Matkov – Of Counsel
Mr. Matkov has extensive experience in corporate litigation, corporate counseling, construction litigation, real estate products and services, insurance defense, premises and products liability, intellectual property and subrogation matters. He has prosecuted manufacturers, distributors, vendors and individuals relative to high value property fire and water losses throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. In his role as National Litigation Counsel for a multinational corporation, Mr. Matkov has prosecuted and defended claims relative to mortgage products, fulfillment services and various intellectual property throughout the country.
Mr. Matkov previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Shenkin in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas and as law clerk to the Philadelphia City Solicitors Office’s Claim’s Department. He also served as legal director and executive board member to WJPZ FM Radio in Syracuse, New York. Mr. Matkov worked at regional firms in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania before founding Saltz Nalibotsky with Al Saltz in 2009. Mr. Matkov has been admitted “pro hac vice” in Florida, Georgia, California, Connecticut and Delaware. Mr. Matkov resides in Radnor, Pennsylvania with his wife Carolyn, their two children and their two boxers.
