Mr. Demko focuses his practice on litigation primarily relating to subrogation and recovery, construction defects, products liability, premises liability, commercial disputes and insurance coverage issues. His practice also includes zoning and code enforcement matters as well as estate planning.

Prior to joining Saltz Nalibotsky, Mr. Demko was an associate with a law firm in Philadelphia where he worked on real estate litigation issues focusing on zoning, title and possession issues, premises liability and receiverships.

Mr. Demko attended Drexel University School of Law where he was a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic and argued before the First Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a clinic client. He also interned for the Honorable Glynnis D. Hill of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

In addition to his private practice, Mr. Demko has served as a teaching fellow for a course on legal writing and research at Drexel University. He has also prepared and presented continuing legal education courses for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Demko resides in Havertown, Pennsylvania with his wife.
