Albert M. Saltz is the Co-Founder of the Firm and Managing Partner of the Northeast Regional Office. Mr. Saltz has extensive experience in the field of design and engineering professional liability and construction litigation, property loss subrogation recovery, contract negotiation, mediation, arbitration and commercial disputes. He also maintains an aviation liability and products liability practice and has defended manufacturers, distributors and vendors for a myriad of products, including automobiles, automotive performance and safety products, combustion and piston engines, tractor trailers, construction and farm machinery, helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, home and garden equipment, sports equipment, firearms and building supply materials. He maintains an active practice in all matters relating to trucking, over-land transportation, and maritime transportation coverage and defense litigation. He also actively litigates and has substantial experience in the fields of personal injury, environmental/toxic tort, employment, intellectual property litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith and surety defense.

During his career, Mr. Saltz has tried cases at all levels in federal court, New Jersey and Pennsylvania state court and has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. He is also admitted to and practices in the State of New York and has been admitted to practice “pro hac vice” in Delaware, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Connecticut, Illinois and Colorado. In his spare time, Mr. Saltz enjoys modifying and tracking cars, scuba diving, skiing and playing guitar with his wife, Danielle Ruess-Saltz and their children.
